[Case Study] Partition Construction Associated with the New Introduction of Production Equipment

We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues. In the introduction of new production equipment, there arose a need to enclose the installation area. In the planned installation space, dust and debris were falling from the upper floors, leading to contamination of the products. Therefore, there was a problem that the ceiling also needed to be covered. In response, we proposed an enclosure structure using lightweight steel frames and calcium silicate boards, tailored to the shape of the equipment. As a result, by conducting final processing while measuring on-site, we were able to construct a booth that secured the clearance with the equipment as requested. [Issues] - The equipment has a complex shape, but we want to enclose it as closely as possible to the shape of the equipment while minimizing space. - The floor where installation is planned has irregularities and has not been leveled. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
